Quick & Dirty - One Liners
Posted by JasonMorgan on Tuesday, September 10, 2002 @ 03:22:06 PDT (629 reads)
Topic: Hacking

Summary

This is where I put what I call my one liners. One Liners are just short shell commands that are easy to forget but important to use when you don't have a GUI. Here I have compiled a list of one liners that I use often to help get around the shell. I have divided this list up based on the command or shell program that is used. I will continue to add to this list as time goes on. Be sure to check back every once and a while.

Note:

I just keep adding:

Here is another way to replace those nasty ^M

cat -v test.cgi | replace ^M > test2.cgi
